2) Non-attendance is to be reported at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and any non-attendance without prior notice may result in being excluded from the course.

3) A charge may be made for any catch-up session required following non-attendance, to enable a student to re-join the course.

4) Open Water training dates and/or venues may be changed at the discretion of the instructor owing to bad weather or any other factors that may affect the safety or logistics.

5) Any additional Open Water sessions required by a student to meet the necessary course performance requirements, may incur a charge to cover instructor's expenses and time.

6) Refunds will not be issued, unless supported by good medical grounds and a doctor's certificate. An administrative charge may be made. Any deposits for trips and/or training are strictly non-refundable, unless very exceptional circumstances occur.

7) Some trips may be cancelled due to insufficient numbers or bad weather. This particularly affects boat trips where it is unviable to run the trip. This is at the discretion of Dare-2-Dive Ltd.

10) A deposit must be received before any trip or course is commenced.

11) Payment in full is required 10 days before any weekend trip and 10 weeks before any trip over 4 days long.

12) Failure to pay within the aforementioned terms may result in the loss of any deposit and may also result in legal action to recover costs.

13) Persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times and no person under 18 will be allowed on a dive trip without adult supervision.

14) All courses must be booked within 12 months of the original booking date.
